You can engage A.J.R Esteve in three situations, depending on your company's position and needs.
You engage A.J.R Esteve to develop or increase your turnover and revenue when your activities are sustainable. We support you externally by proposing solutions for internal development (creation of a new product, innovation or service, opening new markets and internationalisation) or external development (business sale and acquisition, merger and acquisition, or strategic association with a competitor or complementary business).
During an initial meeting, we discuss your strategy and your company's history, development, products/services, key figures, team and management, communication, and development objectives, whether purely financial or also moral/ethical. I intervene externally only, without an internal audit, and provide strategic development advice.
You engage A.J.R Esteve when new issues arise due to an external economic, environmental or political context, or an internal conflict that destabilises your company financially or economically, such as commercial failure following a product or service launch or a failing product/service line. We can also intervene when your company, products or services suffer reputational damage in France or internationally, when supplier/client/partner relationships are affected, or when ongoing projects are destabilised.
Your company is facing a crisis in France or internationally. A.J.R Esteve can be engaged to help you resolve the crisis.
After an initial meeting, an internal and external audit may be conducted with your teams and partners in order to provide written proposals based on the firm's recommendations.
You will be presented with options to support your decision-making. Depending on the option(s) you choose, we will provide detailed advice that your internal teams can implement. If the issue is purely managerial and concerns internal conflicts, A.J.R Esteve will not intervene.
You engage A.J.R Esteve in an emergency requiring immediate intervention to resolve an internal situation or stop one or more activities. Following an initial meeting and acceptance of the quotation, we deploy the necessary resources to safeguard your company or its activities, or to transfer them, whether the crisis is internal or external, in France or internationally.
During a first meeting, free of charge, we will establish your needs in relation to your business strategy.
During this pre-contract discussion, we will speak by phone or meet in person, and a quotation will be sent within 72 hours. Once accepted, the A.J.R Esteve service agreement will make our Council / Business Office your dedicated point of contact for the assignments you entrust to us, according to the selected areas of activity.
The service agreement will be established under terms agreed in advance, with fees charged by the hour or on a daily, weekly or monthly fixed-fee basis.
